RECIPE OF THE MONTH

CHICKEN CUBANA

 LOW FAT ... LOW CALORIE ... LOW CHOLESTEROL

 Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice or pasta
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken, prepared your favorite way
1 jar Salsa Cubana
1 14.5 oz can Italian-style stewed tomatoes; do not drain juice
garlic powder to taste
pinch of oregano
pepper to taste
1 cup cubed or grated low fat or no fat cheese (American or mozzarella)
optional: a few dashes of Habanero Hot! Hot! Hot! Red pepper hot sauce

 Preparation:
Combine all ingredient in a casserole dish, sprinkle cheese over top
Place in preheated 350 F0 oven for 20 min

          Eat hot & healthy ... and enjoy!
